Stylish accommodation, super-friendly staff, favourable location in the harbor. Nice pool area, excellent and great breakfast with bottomless mimosas and great live music. Recently refurbished and reasonably large room with a separate bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and the spa was amazing. The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with a well-maintained bathroom and comfortable suite. The breakfast menu was great, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel facilities, including the wellness center and exercise classes, were impressive. The location near the marina provided a picturesque view, and the hotel's proximity to the Bali Hai was a bonus for enjoying a nice Mai Tai before checking in.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to downtown San Diego. We were impressed with the service, especially from Brandon who looked out for us very well. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the marina. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the outdoor game area, which provided fun entertainment for the whole family.
The towels in the bathroom were thin and rough.

The location of the hotel and the view. The food was also really good.
Parking confusion/ Lack of customer service with our bags: When we got there I parked and brought our bags into the lobby, the hotel desk clerk gave us a confusing map that said our room was far from where I parked originally. Instead of delivering our bags I had to drag the bags all the way back to the car, load them and unload them again when I got close to the room. It would have been nice if they handled the bags for us.

The location was beautiful. We enjoyed the easy access to all of the area attractions.
The accomodations were a little tired. And the service from the hotel personnel, particularly the front desk left a little bit to be desired. We enjoyed our stay, but if the service was better it would have made it great rather than just okay.
